Random Kunai!

Today was actually a lot of fun. There was a lot accomplished today, at least I think so. This morning was pretty easy, played on my computer then about mid-morning started Symphonia up with Leighanna. We really had little left to do, just needed to defeat Mithos really, although he was much harder than I remembered but we beat him fairly easily-ish. We didn't remember going through the final scenes before as they seemed unfamiliar but I thought I had gotten to the grade shop before which would have meant we had seen them. Either way it was interesting.

We were not interested in starting a new Symphonia file just yet so we hauled my Wii into the living room for the first time in a few weeks and played Naruto: Clash of Ninja Revolution. It was a lot of fun though the lack of selection that the second had was a little upsetting but not much. My sis and I had a blast all the same. About 2-ish we stopped, leaving the game running however, and helped my mom switch beds around so she could have her actual bed in her room instead of using the smaller, old one of mine. It took a bit of time but only about an hour. We had forgotten a wrench before we blocked the door with mattresses and such so we found an odd little tool I do not know the name of which we found a way to use to get the wing nuts off of the bed frame so we could carry it through the door. My mom was afraid it would not work due to things that needed to be plugged in but we all puzzled it out and figured out how to make it all work just as she wanted. I am glad we finally got it done as I felt guilty she had been uncomfortable for so long when I was comfortable in my room. My mom seemed very happy so that made me happy in return.

My sis and I were off and on the game randomly after that as I randomly broke away to help my mom make nutmeg bread to take to group with her. It didn't work out so well at first and the loaves crumbled and stuck to the pans when we tried to get them out. Although the first loaves crumbled, I still ate on them a bit then put the remainder in a baggy to eat later. Just cause it was all in peices, doesn't mean I'm about to let goodd nutmeg bread go to waste. We had time to try again so we started mixing together a new batch then when the batter was ready we tried to think of what to do with it. I suggested putting them in a muffin pan as we had done one time before when we had just a bit more batter left and it was not enough to make a full loaf out of it. We did that and my mom took them to group with her. These turned out better and most came out with little problem.

My sis and I were back on the game before my mom left but she left soon after. We were playing for a long time then I decided to let the game choose my character at random. Leighana also liked this idea and did the same and it eventually turned into a challenge of us playing any random character no matter how much we disliked them. Only thing was we could re-roll if it was one we had already played at random and we didn't want to play them again. It was a lot of fun and I found I was fairly good at many characters I didn't think I could play. Once we started getting to our last few characters to play, we chose them ourselves as it was too much trouble trying to get the game to select them at random. We were also running out of time before 9 so we started playing only a couple of battles instead of the full 10 so we could get play in for every character. I played them all while Leighanna played all aside from one she really didn't want to play as she played another character very similar to him.

My mom called me around 8:15 to tell me she was on her way and to tell me some other things too. One thing she told me was apparently the group she went to liked the nutmeg bread better as muffins than as bread. There was no difference in them aside from shape and size, but I guess that's what did it. Eh, when it comes to nutmeg bread I'm not picky. As long as it's cooked, and tastes like proper nutmeg bread, I'm fine.

During the time my sis and I were playing, we came up with a random joke, one of many of the night which is also the title of this blog post. Reason for it was we were playing and she had already defeated her opponent and she was waiting for me to kill mine even though she could help if she wanted, we don't usually unless the other needs help or we're aiming for speed/score. She was playing Naruto, and I have no idea who I was playing. I seriously can't remember. Well, I ended up killing my opponent and right when they hit the ground, she threw a random kunai in their direction. She laughed about it and we kinda talked about it, thinking it was funny and now have made it a joke and may or may not involve poking someone when you say it. Come to think of it, Leighanna planned to say it to my mom to see how she'd respond, she forgot. Ah well we can do it tomorrow.

Even though Leighanna claimed not to be, I am very sore now from playing. Okay I guess not VERY sore, but it's a dull soreness and I know it'll hurt like heck tomorrow. I'll get me a nice warm bath tomorrow and just let it soak. That'll make it feel a lot better. I feel like a wimp but I haven't played the Wii in awhile and it's been even longer since I've played a game that has required a bit of strength and physical stamina. I brought my Wii back into my room even though I will not be playing it anymore tonight. It would have likely been safe in the living room and all I would have had to take back to my room would have been controllers and the sensor bar as it has a thin cable and we have cats who will chew right through it if given the chance, but I just couldn't help but want to bring it back to my room where I knew for sure it would be safe. I want it to last a long, long time.

I'm really glad to be chilling at my computer right now. The game took a lot out of me even though it was a lot of fun. I hope I will build myself back up where it will not be so exhausting to play like it used to be before Leighanna and I started playing both the Symphonias.

I think that's about it for tonight, well of things that I think are important aside from those things I wish not to discuss here. So anywho, I guess that leaves just one thing, Goodnight!
